Refund Policy and Replacement Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at www.goashirts.com.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 5 calendar days of your purchase (receipt of product). The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement, for other payment options it may take between 3 to 7 business days.

If the product is damaged in any way upon receipt of the return to our warehouse, or you have initiated the return after more than 3 calendar days have passed since you received the product, you will not be eligible for a refund.

1. Faulty Or Damaged Items 

Eligible for Refund/Replacement if the item is found damaged inside upon opening the package.

 

1. Poor Quality of Print

Eligible for Refund/Replacement in case Print is broken or patchy.

 

1. Product Print Not As Described

Eligible for Refund/Replacement if you have received a different print on the T-Shirt from the one ordered. Eg. You ordered “Patrao” and received “Kamit Rav”.

 

1. Size Mismatch

Eligible for Refund/Replacement if you have received a different size of T Shirt from the one ordered. Eg. You ordered M size and received L. Please check the size chart on each product page to ascertain the size that would fit right for the person for whom the T Shirt is being ordered before confirming your order.

 

In all other conditions where a return or refund is requested, it is up to the management of goashirts.com to accept or reject the same.

 

All cases where refund/replacement is requested will be judged by the management of Goashirts.com and the decision made by the them will be final and binding upon the purchaser.
